These terms and conditions are a binding contract between yourself and the SAHMRI Wellbeing and Resilience Centre.
Cancellation fees apply to ALL registrations, see the Cancellations & Refunds Policy for further information. Please note these terms and conditions do not apply to Focus Groups.
If the SAHRMI Wellbeing and Resilience Centre has to cancel the training / workshop you will receive a full refund. If there is a change of date, venue or other details associated with the event you will be notified via email to the address used in this transaction.
Resilience Skills Training: Strict licensing arrangements require that you sign a USE OF CONTENT AGREEMENT on the first day of Resilience Skills Training.
SAHMRI Wellbeing and Resilience Centre does not assume liability for damages as a result of the use of any service, product or any material found within this website. This may include but is not limited to the use of the website system, any content or demonstrations accessed via this website or any other site to which the website may be linked. We reserve the right to modify any material within this website including but not limited to: product/service descriptions at any time without notice. Cancellation fees apply to ALL registrations cancelled more than 10 working days prior to the training / workshop. Please note this refund policy does not apply to Focus Groups.
Cancellation fees vary depending upon the type of registration:
Refunds, minus the cancellation fee, will be paid using the same payment method used for purchase.
Any registration cancelled less than 10 working days prior to the training WILL NOT be refunded. Registrations WILL NOT be refunded for ANY reason after the training /workshop.
In most instances participants are able to nominate another person to attend in their place at no additional cost. Participants must notify the SAHMRI Wellbeing and Resilience Centre in writing to wrctraining@sahmri.com if you can no longer attend or wish to nominate another attendee.
