Resilience Skills Training equips participants with a toolkit of practical resilience skills that are evidence based and designed to be used immediately.  This two day program is aimed at individuals interested in developing new skills and knowledge in personal resilience and wellbeing, and/or to strengthen their existing skills.

Resilience Skills Training is delivered by the SAHMRI Wellbeing and Resilience Centre as part of a licensed partnership arrangement with 49 North (a division of TechWerks)
