Taking good care of your mental health and wellbeing has never been more important. This program will help you to develop your own Be Well Plan – your personalised wellbeing plan for both good as well as challenging times.
Throughout this program you will learn different exercises and strategies to build strong and positive levels of mental health and wellbeing. These exercises and strategies are based on the latest scientific evidence and get updated regularly.
Some of the exercises will work for you and some may not; some you will like but maybe not all. Most importantly, along the way you will get an idea of what works for YOU in YOUR daily life. At the end of the program you will have a booklet with exercises and strategies tailored just for you - your own Be Well Plan.
The Be Well Plan consists of 5 sessions. As each session builds on the previous session, we encourage all participants to attend all sessions to get the most benefit out of this program.
