About this event

Taking good care of your mental health and wellbeing has never been more important. Throughout the Be Well Plan program you will learn different activities and strategies to build strong and positive levels of mental health and wellbeing to help you grow through life’s challenges. 

The 5 weekly online sessions allow time for you to try new wellbeing tools and activities and develop positive habits for your wellbeing. You will walk away with your own personalised mental health and wellbeing strategy tailored to your psychological health profile and current life circumstances. Your Be Well Plan will comprise self-selected activities from a collection of evidence based resources to help you deal with stress, build resilience and improve your wellbeing.

Be Well Plan Online Sessions 2021

 

All sessions are conducted via Zoom and run 2:00pm to 4:00pm* (ACDT) with a 10 minute break

  - February 2021: commencing 10 February (running for 5 weeks: 10, 17, 24 February, 3, 10 March 2021) 

  - March 2021: commencing 24 March (running for 5 weeks: 24, 31 March, 7, 14, 21 April 2021)

  - May 2021: commencing 12 May (running for 5 weeks: 12, 19, 26 May, 2, 9 June 2021)

  - July 2021: commencing 7 July (running for 5 weeks: 7, 14, 21, 28 July, 4 August 2021)

  - August 2021: commencing 24 August (running for 5 weeks: 24, 31 August, 7, 14, 21 September 2021)

  - October 2021: commencing 14 October (running for 5 weeks: 14, 21, 28 October, 4, 11 November 2021)

  - November 2021: commencing 16 November (running for 5 weeks: 16, 23, 20 November, 7, 14 December 2021)

*Session 1 runs 2:00pm to 4:30pm

 

Cost 

 

$250 exGST per person

Includes 5 online live facilitated Be Well Plan program sessions, an interative digital workbook, online resources and your own personliased wellbeing measurement and report.

 

Other Important Information

 

You are required to attend all 5 sessions.
